If anyone is looking for one of these, I can vouch for the seller (Janet, if I remember correctly)  I have bought two instruments from her in the past and was very happy with each. This was just listed last night....

Someone had better jump on that one quick. Those are much sought after. If I had the $$$$ , it would be mine. Can someone tell me where to get perloid tuner buttons like those. I have been looking for some all week. Want brand do you have to buy that will fit the ping tuners?   Thanks

I was the only bidder on the L03BW until someone jumped in and did a buy-it-now. I've been kicking myself for the last 3 days for letting it get away. Now I have to decide if I want to buy the second one which starts at $130 more, and doesn't have wood which is as good (to my eye).

Sorry Randy, I saw that wood and had to pull the trigger.  It also has that maple binding which I really like.  

The other one is a real beauty too!  

I hope someone on the Forum snags it.

hmm, i notice that the ad on ebay mentioned that larrivee isn't gonna do anymore blackwood guitars... is that true?? no more BWs?? man, that's sad if it's true...

I don't know if they are going to make anymore but I've heard that blackwood, especially African blackwood can be pretty hard to work with.  Just keep our collective fingers crossed for more! :)

It is sad but true :( .  Larrivee says they are out of blackwood, and have no idea if and when they will get more blackwood.  The good news is they located some back stock, and so a few models are available again.  I ordered 3 D-03 BW's, and will receive the first one at the end of next week.  If you were wanting a new one, I would say go to your dealer, or one of the three that frequent here (Me, Unclrob, or Dave) and get them while you can.  They are definitely nice guitars with great tone.  Jason.
