Very good condition, with a few dings from regular play. Smoke-free, original case. Slight finish crack on very edge of lower bout. Repaired and cleated on the inside just for good measure. Loud, clean classic 12 string sound. Set up is perfect, neck set is dead on. Beautiful example of a 2004 Canadian-made classic.
