..........I think we are in the wrong business, Larrivee guitars are cheaper than the dogs. LOL

Although if you looked around my house, you might think my LarrivĂ©es have been breeding.  :laughin:

Ha ha ha.........I remember my early days, I think I was the same as you.  :whistling: my favourite the C-05. What a guitar, why I let it go I don't know, need my head examined.

Personally, I don't like the term "ice" hockey, there's hockey and there's field hockey. but yes. The Montreal Canadiens have won 24 NHL championships. They've fallen on harder times lately but still are the all time best. On y va!  :cheers

One of my favourite events on the Winter Olympics calendar. Remember, it is not one of our strongest sport here in Australia, actually I don't remember having a Aust. Team. LOL We did win a couple of other events, most memorable the Speed Skating which we won when all the top competitors fell and our boy who at the time was coming last, cruised over the line with honours. LOL True story.
Field hockey as you call it, is one of our strongest events. We are probably one of the best 10 teams in the world, Men and Women.

Mine too. Unfortunately, the NHL doesn't want to let their players participate next time. So the best players in the world may not be there. I've watched some Aussie rules football. Now that's wild.

Yes it can be a little wild but I think Rugby League and Rugby Union is little more. I love them all. My son plays Lacrosse, I believe it originated from your hometown? yeah his pretty good at it too.

Yes, lacrosse is not just a city in Wisconsin! Technically, our national sport but everyone knows it's actually hockey. My team is out west tonight so I have to have a nap if I'm going to stay up late and watch the game. I'll PVR it just in case and watch it in the morning.
Canada has it's own version of football, of course. It's very much like the American sport although the rules are somewhat different. However, what we call football is more akin to rugby. :beer

How did we get here from pets?  :laughin:

She was with me for fifteen years.

I certainly can feel your sorrow on the other side of the country. I too lost my cat 2 years ago only being 8 due to kidney failure. I think of her every single day.

I'm just not ready for another - too much sorrow on losing her!

Sorry to hear that JoycefromNS, never a nice thing is it loosing friend.

I *had* a pet, a Boston Terrier named Rocky. He was an amazing dog , incredibly smart, very loving.
Unfortunately, we had to let him go, due to having a brain tumor which caused him to have severe seizures, he was only eight years old.
I've had pets my whole life ( mid sixties now), and this guy was special. I miss him deeply and I couldn't ever replace him.
( sorry if this sounds too sappy)

We have put down 4 dogs.
Prissy, Piney, Sadie and Felix.
They are still with us. See pic. They are normally covered up with a silk scarf, uncovered for this pic only.
We do not dwell on them, tho they do come up now and then, and our two dogs still remember Sadie and Felix.
Just ask them.

Not at all. Anyone who has had special furry friends and has lost them feels your pain.

We sure do and I love how you added "Rockysdad", how nice.

Mike how lovely and thank you for sharing with us.

How cute it is. Even the bunny is also looking cute.
