I recently did this mod to a Peavey 3 pup sorta Strat copy. I decided to take some photos and make a how to video. If you have a Strat and aren't afraid of a little drilling and soldering, this is a pretty useful mod. Here's the video I made.  https://youtu.be/QGWnx5sr04I

I did this to my 3 pu Tele and its one of the best things you can do  to a 3 pu guitar.

I agree. And it's certainly one of the least expensive mods; true bang for the buck
