"contact Us" Email Links.....

I started a thread on this topic a while back on the former TGF when I had a bad run with it.....is anybody else totally blown away by the lack of response some companies have with their website email links.......sunday and monday I sent emails to two realtors, three or four guitar dealers, one sporting goods conglomerate and an audio dealer......it's been over 48 hours and ZERO response from any of them.  They have just all lost my business......if the customer service sucks this bad, I will definitely not buy from them.   If I ran my business like that I would not have much to worry about.....it wouldn't exist! :o

I agree, the lack of respect to at least acknowledge an email, a phone call or a letter is all too prevalent today.  Even if they don't have a solid answer for you they should at least acknowledge receipt of the message and an estimated time when they can get back to you.  Customer service sucks overall now days (generalization).
