Does anyone have experience with Gotoh 510 series tuners as a drop in replacement for the tuners that came on my 26 year old C-10? Specifically, which tuners are a simple replacement with no mods to my guitar required?
Thanks!

I've installed a few every one seems happy.

Yes they were drop in replacements for all my Larrivees
Larrivee 2001 DV-10 Koa  LR Baggs active Ibeam/dual-source Crown GLM 200 mic
Larrivee 2002  C-10 Koa LR Baggs Anthem SL
Larrivee 2015 000-40 MT large soundhole LR Baggs active Ibeam/passive Baggs M1

Just make sure that the screw holes are aligned in the same position.as the ones you are replacing. Mine were the Ping tuners.

I'm trying to post before/after pictures of the OEM tuners and the new Gotoh 510 Antique Gold replacements I bought but can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Oh well, they look great and were a drop-in replacement.

Gotoh are on all of my guitars--Larrivee or otherwise. They are the smoothest while not climbing into the upper reaches in spending. The 510s are the smoothest I've used, and consequentially are the priciest of their line.
I like the 300 series (301, 381, etc.) which are usually under a hundred. You will have to search for the correct screw location (6 o'clock or side mount). Search Gotoh tuners and you'll be able to shop Stew-Mac, LMI, eBay, etc.

I'm on my second set of Gotohs on my Larrivee that I've owned for near 20 years.   They both dropped right in with no mods needed.

A bit of history here...  My Larrivee came with chrome Pings which were simply awful.  I found my original set of (black, which looks so much better on the Larrivee headstock) Gotohs on eBay for around something like $17 used shortly after getting the Larrivee.  No telling how old they were when I bought them but they worked well on my Larrivee for about 15 years.  At some point a couple of them starting feeling a bit sloppy and my tuning started to slip.  I contacted Gotoh with a pic of my old tuners and they suggested a newer, improved version of them.  They were only around $40 new and they are perfect.  I doubt I'll ever need another set.
