Thanks for the good words.  We just love acoustic guitars, and especially Larrivee.  Any opinions or suggestions for the web site are appreciated.  Our designer is still working on some kinks, so we would love to give him some feedback.  We can take paypal now, but we will be unable to do credit cards through the site until the 1st of March when the new system comes on line, but can do it over the phone.  We would really like to hear from all of you on all things, especially guitars.  Jason.

You are right!  How did I put the wrong address for my own site!  I guess my brain got ahead of my fingers, and I missed a key.  That never happens when I play guitar.   :rolleyes: Sorry for the typo.  Other than getting some typing lessons, any other suggestions?

guitarcrazy, nice place in Montana to have a store :)   Just a couple things I noticed.  
1) In your 'contact us' page, it would be helpful to international buyers if the numbers are separated by dashes.
2) Some actual picture of the guitar taken in the store may also give the user a sense what the store is like.
3) On each guitars page, the table columns for 'name' and 'product price($)' and its corrosponding values seems to be too far apart (probably just a html table column mismatch).
4) I just tested out 'add to cart' --> 'checkout' --> 'payviaPaypal' and got the error message:

We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem.

If this payment is for an eBay auction, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com.

Thanks for the help!  We need more beta testers like you!  I placed orders, but did not go all the way to paying with paypal.  Good to find that now.  I don't expect too many people will want to pay with PayPal, but it should work, regardless.  I am compiling a list of bugs to give the designer.  I guess this is common with a new site.  He wanted to wait before opening up to the public, but I've got inventory to sell!  Let me know any other suggestions.  We are in talks with Breedlove and a couple other builders right now, so hopefully we can provide our customers with more selection.  Larrivee's are my favorite, but variety is nice.  Thanks again.  Jason.

Jason so far so good.Def. post the one's you have in stock.Make sure you only post the MAP so you don't get in trouble with anyone.Though I hate using call for price sometime's people will by pass you if the only see the MAP.

Thanks unclrob.  That is why I decided to do this.  I have played guitar almost all my life (though you wouldn't know it from my playing). :D   I hang out in my local music store a lot, and have tried to get him to carry Larrivee for a while.  He doesn't think Great Falls Montana is large enough to support high end guitars, so it got me thinking that I should do it.  I love guitars and even if I don't make any money, I enjoy it.  Thanks for the encouragement.  I definitely don't want to get in trouble with Larrivee, so that is why the MAP is posted.  I would be interested to hear any advice you have.  Thanks again.  Jason.

used guitars are always good.Get a chance give me a call at my work I'm always glad to help out other guitar freak's.I think that's why I became a repairperson.Tell the web dude as many search enjines as possibly every day for a month.Only way to get the mailorder thing going.

i just went your sight....and i like it.  but the pic's on the opening page are distorted for some reason.  the lake and the guitars are overlapping. otherwise, very cool.

guitarcrazy,  would it be possible for you to put up some sound clip of each model and different back/side wood?  One chord, pause, follow by the arpeggiated version of same chord.  I think too few online site provide sound clips to help customer to determine the sound they like.

FYI, although I've in a fairly well populated area, I can't find a darn Larrivee dealer. Had to order my L-02 over the web (the sales person played the guitar over the phone....which helps only very little).

I will try to record a sound clip of the different type of guitars and place them on the site.  My web designer is having to walk me slowly through this stuff, as I am no computer expert.  It is a little tough to record all the guitars the same, because of mic placement, etc, but I do have a digital recorder, and can make wav files.  As the new models arrive, I will do the recordings.  I can do my OMV-09 now, and will get the mahog D-50 and L-05 after tomorrow.  The BW will hopefully be in by middle of next week, I will get it up asap.  Thanks for the suggestions.  I appreciate it.  Jason.
