i'm selling my takamine fp400sc 12 stringer.  she's in really good shape. only a few, very light blemishes that are NOT noticable unless your REALLY looking for them. 
-accuracoustic pickup. don't play it plugged in, but i checked it to make sure it works and she fired up nicely!!
-solid spruce top
-rosewood sides and back
-beautiful wood inlays for the rosette, backstripe and fretboard!
-gold tuners
-comes with hard case, but not the original in super shape.
-frets are practically new, and neck and action are real nice.
-all gloss finish
this guitar sounds great!  nice, full, rich sound with plenty of volume.

Sounds like a great 12-string!! My 1990 Takamine FP-400S 12-string that I used to own was a great sounding guitar as well, and I foolishly sold it a year and a half ago during financial difficulties. If I hadn't already bought another 12-string recently, your Tak would be an excellent choice to consider as a replacement for my original one. I wish you the very best in selling this. Your price is excellent by the way. It should sell quick at that price.

FWIW, the back and sides are not Solid rosewood, but laminated. Here's a link to Tak's website with the factory specs:

I'm not trying to be too picky...just thought you may not have realized this, and I didn't want buyers to be mis-informed. Regardless, it shouldn't change anyone's mind either way.
