New Live Album

Hello Fellow Larrivites!

Just dropped a 17 song live CD with my 3 piece combo and 100% of the rhythm guitar coming from me and my OOO-40R.

All originals until the last 2 tracks...this is my response to the AI Tsunami flooding the internet. No overdubs, fixes, tuning...just us having fun playing for folks that actually came to listen.

Scott,
Thanks for posting this. Dang.
By the time I got to "Where I'll Be", I was overloaded.
"Lonesome" as the final was great.
Anyhow, so many of us struggle to even get a passable recording of ourselves in our homes, and you go with your band and make this live recording with seeming no effort. We are so lucky to have you in our group.
Plus your signature with Larrivees listed killed another bird you didn't know you hit.

That means a lot to me, thanks for listening!

I'd love to say "I planned the whole thing"...but the truth is, we had no idea the sound guy recorded the show, AND recorded each instrument and vocal mic in separate channels.

A couple months after the show (June of 2022), he sent me the entire two and a half hours of our show, mixed down.

I was so focused on finishing my "Coming Round To Honky Tonk Again" CD at the time, I never even listened to it and forgot I had it.

This past Thanksgiving weekend I was cleaning out my Dropbox files and found the files. Listened thru headphones and realized I'd had a jewel for almost 4 years! Sent it off to my mastering gal and poof! Instant live album!

I believe had we been trying to record a live project, we wouldn't have been so loose and spontaneous...we were lucky to get captured on such a fun night.
