What Model is this?

Hi guys.
I inherited this guitar when my cousin passed away. He once said this was his "pride and joy" but I know very little about it, so I figured I would come to the experts to let me know what I have.
The sticker in the sound hole usually has the model number, but this seems to be an early model still made in Canada and doesn't tell me much.
I tried deciphering the inlays, the headstock, the clear pick guard, etc. and the closest I can figure is an OM 09?
Is it?
Any help would be awesome.

Hi Andy,
Welcome to the Larrivee Forum.
Not an OM. It's a D (dreadnaught).
Likely a D-03R. It appears that the back (and sides) are rosewood.
You'll find the serial number inside on the neck block.
Enter the serial number here to ascertain the build date and model.

That is a dreadnought. But look at that fancy rosette, no dotes on the fretboard, and the scrolling around the headstock. It also looks like it might be a gloss finish. I'm guessing a higher number model.

Yeah, I would say with the gloss finish, the abalone around the sound hole and the silver border around the headstock, it would be considered more of a D-09 in today's Larrivee lineup. Gorgeous guitar!!!!

What a nice guitar with a beautiful chocolatey fretboard!  I also love the way Larrivee used to line the headstock with that silver stripe. That's a classic Larrivee look there.

I do believe that the headstock border is real silver, but not 100% on that

As was said, it looks to be a D-09 because of the gloss finish and abalone binding. Late 90's or early 2000's. A serial # lookup on the Larrivee site will give you more info.

It's just how they used to do it back in the day.  The clear PG set them apart from the rest.  I hope they go back to it someday.

Your "vintage" Larrivee guitar has two features not seen on current models that I really like:
Yes, the clear pickguard, and the other is the aluminum micro dot fret markers.

The micro dots really do grow on you. No other company does that.

It's funny but I'd never noticed till now that they'd gotten away from the micro dots.  I love them.
