I even sent a piece to Charis acoustics, and they made a set of snakewood tuner buttons for the Gotoh 510's that will be on the guitar.
This is my third guitar with a lot of snakewood.  I love that stuff.

Yeah - I agree - snakewood is gorgeous. A nice substitute for koa, methinks...

I have two with my wife and one with my sons.  I got the idea from a conversation I had with Matty, when he told me the Emily inlay was of his sister.  Before that, it had never occurred to me the inlays were real people.
