I just loved that.  Homespun feel with my foot a slow-tappin'.  Nicely done.

Sounded pretty good to me but I've got to confess if I never heard that song again, I'd be okay with it.

I'm pretty much over this song as well...it has been played to death.
Was it pitchy, off/on key, passable? thanks

Nice job...like the bass line and your steady playing...thanks for your submission

nice, mellow feel! had it playing in the background while i surfed the forum :)

I like it a lot.  It has a different sound.  Not as loud of vocals or instruments as the OCMS version that most cover.  Nice job.

I've never sang in front of anyone....would this be passable for a jam session or maybe an open mic?

Yeah absolutely. I should add that my comment on Wagon Wheel had nothing to do with your performance. My wife's sister stayed with us and, not to say she overstayed her welcome, but that song was on her phone about a hundred times a day. What's that they say about house guests and fish after three days?
Anyway, I see no reason why that kind of performance wouldn't get a positive reaction at an open mic. Only one way to find out.  :beer

Nice recording.  What guitar are you using by the way?
"Badges?  We don't need no stinkin' badges."

Became a Shooting Star when I got my 1st guitar.
Back in '66, I was 13 and that was my fix.
Still shooting for stardom after all this time.
If I never make it, I'll still be fine.
