this is a cool forum, but it desperately needs more participation IMO.  wonder why it's so dead here?? :blink:

Work is picking up--no time to write. When I get home, and the kids are fed and doing homework, it's time to pick up my guitar...

That parlor sure is addictive. I can play for hours without getting tired or sore! :P

Ok first and foremost TAKE A BATH PLEEEASEEEEE,I CAN SMELL YOU FROM HERE.
Next...Its not like no one is coming here have you check out how many time's some of the treads have been visited,I think that the problem is no one has much to say maybe.OR
There are just a bunch of learker's out there.
Maybe we should go hunting and try to catch us a few see what makes them leark...... B)

I just did a breif look thru and the most visited tread is Larrivee T-Shirts OVER 300.HMMMMMMMMMMM  :blink:
So I guess we just have a bunch of looie Lu's here.Come on people lets start somethin anything lets have some fun.TALK TO ME PLEEASSSE I'm trapped and I can't get out.The Larrivee's keep lookin at me from the walls and they make strange noises from there cases at home............save MEEEEEEEE :o

I've heard that taking them down and playing them will sooth them--at least for awhile. My poor OM is making noises like that since the parlor arrived.

In the store I wish I had time to play.....at home well some my understand I have a 4 year old who live's on daddy time he's up until at least 10:30-11:00 and the best time for me to play is when everyone else is in bed sleeping.Any advice as to how I can get my son off my time and say on to real child sleep time.I've sat up drinkin sctch with him,this only make's him want "Party Dude",I've thought of druggin him but this seem's cruel and I don't want to share{just kidding}. B)

I go in spells...
between working in my studio (I am a practicing artist), and work (that brings in the steady $), and then to come home and -- yes, the guitars call, I am hearing them...
But I really feel like part of the family now that I have two Larrivees, so I want to keep this bugger up and running.  But now two Larrivees are calling, yes, I hear them...
I've entered the Endless Enigma.............. :unsure:

IMHO, the other forums (Martin and the anti-Martin [Taylor]) are fuelled by the cult status of the former and the aspirations of the latter to dethrone the former.  I look at Larrivee as a maker of guitars that satisfy the true musician and not those seeking validation through ownership of an icon.
