Well, this was a tough decision (isn't it always?) but it's time to let this one go. Selling my mint condition left-handed LSV-11, which I was told is one of only two ever made. I am the original owner, have had it for about two years and am just not finding the time to play this beauty.

This guitar fully embodies the Larrivee principle of balanced sound, perhaps more than any other I've played - it has a consistent quality of tone from top to bottom and excellent intonation. It's set up medium-low with medium gauge Elixirs at the moment, but I've also had lights on it and it sounds fine. As befits a guitar which is designed for fingerstyle, this one is more about tone than volume; it's not particularly loud unplugged and is not the one you want to lug to your next bluegrass jam. However, the tone is sweet and even more so plugged in with the L.R. Bags No-Cut iMix system, which features volume and tone controls at the upper edge of the tone hole and the plug-in jack at the end pin.

There are no visible dings or scratches on this guitar and the condition should satisfy anyone. Having said that, I haven't been over it with a microscope. The original premium archtop Larrivee hardshell case is included, also in perfect shape save for a couple of scuffs here and there. This is made in the U.S.A., serial 865xx.

General specs: all solid wood, EIR back and sides, sitka spruce top, mahogany neck,. ebony fingerboard, Venetian cutaway, 24.75" scale, 15 1/8" lower bout, 9 3/4" waist, 11 3/8" upper bout, 4 1/8" depth at end, chrome Schaller tuners, abalone inlays and rosette, gloss finish, 1 13/16" nut width (slightly wider than standard)
