WTT IN DFW: D03-R trade 4 Strat or Tele plus tube amp

Looking to trade my D03R with K&K for some electric gear locally. The Larrivee sounds and plays great. Had the guitar professionally setup by a Galloup grad 1 month ago including a custom hand cut bone nut and saddle, cleaned and oiled fretboard, polished frets, installed ebony bridge pins with abalone dot inlays, removed the clear pickguard. Guitar is in great shape. Does have a small finish crack that's been checked out twice now - verdict?...not in the wood, just the finish and nothing to worry about. It's never moved since I've had it for over a year now. I'd prefer a Tele or a Strat (MIM is okay if it's nice and plays right) and a Fender Hot Rod Deville or other 212 tube amp.
