As many of you may know I've been Jonesing for a 000-50 for quite a while now.  At one time 000-50 fever had gripped the whole forum and everyone was raving about them.   Good luck trying to find a lefty though.   Well, guess what...good things come to those who wait.  Here is my new left handed 000-50MT.  Fresh from the Fed Ex truck this morning.  I was hoping to find a lefty 000-50 but it never occurred to me that I'd be able to find the holy grail hog top in the 000-50.   This would be a good time to thank Jeff (Bhika) for pointing me towards the leftyfrets forum where I encountered a new internet dealer who specializes in left handed guitars.  BIG THANKS to Jerry at Jerry's Lefty Guitars for making this deal happen.  I had to give up the Hiummingbird but I don't regret it for a minute.  Any lefty players who are interested in an all lefty internet guitar dealer, check out www.jerrysleftyguitars.com to see an incredible variety of acoustic and electric guitars.  Larrivee, Santa Cruz, Collings etc.   Good stuff.

Now I'm going to play this thing until my fingers bleed.    Tuffy finally got lucky.

Oooohhhh...that's pretty!!!  Congrats tuffy.  Gonna be fun at your place for a little while...50 series guitars never cease to amaze me.  I've played a bunch of D-50's, one SD-50, an OM-50...and then there's my own 50 series guitars.   Congrats again.

Congrats!

Man, that is one special guitar there.  Even with the terrific guitars you already owned, she's destined to rise to the top of the heard.

We're going to have to start some kind of lefty exchange program or rendezvous

Let's see Bluesman67 has a lefty OM-03MT Forum guitar, I have a lefty L-05MT, now Tuffy has a lefty 000-50MT

I think you may be right.   I'm learning first-hand the meaning of     Hog Heaven

Mrs. Tuffythepug told me that she's only seen this look on my face 3 times before;  When our two daughters were born and when our grandson Frankie was born 6 months ago.  I admit it.  I've fallen in love with this guitar already.   I just can't keep my hands off her.  Someday soon I'll post some comments on the sound, playability etc.   I can only tell you that for now it's a treat for the eyes and ears.

Thanks to all for the kind words.     And Cowgirlie, all I can say is "aw shucks."

You may be onto something.  (or just on something)  If Bluesman67, Bhika, and Tuffythepug were to join forces it would be an awesome display of Hogzilla type proportions.  I'm not sure the world is ready for that yet.   ........but it's something to ponder   :whistling:
