Added FWI nut-pins-saddle & a lutehole

Put a few changes on the DV-09 in the past couple months, a wooley mammoth nut, Colosi FWI pins & saddle and a lutehole (for the K&K's I had put in too). So here's a few new pics.

Thanks! The Lutehole is from  http://www.lutehole.com/  , great guys to work with. Heads up with your sound hole size though, standard issue is 4 inch, be sure and measure 1st. There are many different styles and woods to choose from. The custom was just a matter of choosing the wood (I went with rosewood), and the script as well as the design. I believe they use a CNC to cut the design, so limitations are few. I simply e-mailed them with my request for a "Larrivee script" and voila they did the rest.

Sorry took so long to repond, computer issues. Anyway $135 by the time we got select rosewood , undersize and custom design.
