What a nice OM - sounds great and plays great.     A few light finish (cracks) impressions in the clear coat only but overall, extremely clean condition, with a great setup.  A Rosewood/Spruce in this body style with low profile/wide neck makes this a perfect choice for finger-style players but it stands up very well during heavy strumming.    Just $1180 for this beauty.  Includes Martin thermoplastic hardshell case, warranty & other paperwork, manual, and humidifier.

what do you mean, it includes warranty?
