'03 Headstock Veneer

Just curious about this supposed 2000 L-03 on ebay, it looks like a rosewood veneer on the headstock, was that a standard feature?  I thought all the 03 guitars had a plain black headstock veneer??

It's possible that that is an ebony stock with a lot of reddish brown. Larrivee doesn't stain ebony. Give Larrivee a call. They'll give you the info.

I agree,looks like a little striping in the ebony.  Pretty cool;-)

A little striping?!  If that is ebony, that is some sweet tiger grain.

I have seen a rosewood headstock veneer's from Larrivee,my 00-09 has one.
