Taylor 110 with upgrades

I have a nice Taylor 110 for sale in excellent condition with a couple add-ons installed:

Gold Wilkinson 18:1 ration tuners
Buffalo Horn Bridgepins w/abalone dots

The sound of this 110 is first of all very loud. The tone is clear and rich with a good strong bass and with great string-to-string balance. I came upon a really nice Taylor 310 that I couldn't pass up for the price, so am selling the 110. It also includes the orginal Taylor Deluxe Tan Gigbag. There is no pickup on the guitar even though the pictures show one....it has been removed.

Is this all solid wood?  What is that headstock overlay made of?

Solid top; Laminated sides and back.

Lexan overlay on top of headstock I believe.
