I usually sell (and therefore buy labels) through Reverb, which offers good shipping (and insurance) rates, but this is good for non-Reverb sales/shipping.

It's worth comparison shopping, although I just shipped a Paul Reed Smith to the next state over, and eBay sold me a UPS label for $19, which I thought was a pretty unbeatable deal.
