Celebrated on July 1, it marks the anniversary of the enactment of the Constitution Act, 1867.
Used to be in threads like this that someone would (ostensibly) name all the great Canadian musicians.
A fool's errand.
There are simply far too many.
Still, after all these years, Robbie Robertson and Joni Mitchell remain on the top of my list, and always in heavy rotation whenever I call the tunes.
Oh Canada!

Among my fav's are Gordon Lightfoot, Bruce Cockburn, Ed Bickert and Jack Semple. They should make y'all proud up north!
