I am considering adding a OM-40R to my OM-03 Peruvian Walnut/Italian Spruce.  I was wondering with your experience would I gain anything with the OM-40R?  Or does GAS just got a hold of me again!!

Thanks

Not that I'm any kind of authority but, those guitars being braced differently ( if I'm not mistaken) will account for *a* difference.

aaanndd, what's wrong with having another?  :thumbsup :roll :roll

Rockysdad is right, the bracing comes into play so it's less of a direct comparison. I won't explain the differences between the woods as the bracing may negate some of those differences since it has it's own influence. You might be best off finding some comparison slips between OM-0_ models and OM-40s and basing your primary consideration on that.
Personally, I find that when I get two guitars that are fairly similar, I end up not playing one of them. When my instruments are different enough, I play them all.
