I just picked up the baggs m1 pickup  and what I thought would be very simple is turning out to be a real pain.Trying to screw the jack from the inside is some trick,it is hard enough just trying to get my arm in the sound hole, then screwing the jack so it comes out the other side is not working. The only thing I can think of is making the hole larger so it does not thread through. please help

Screw in jack?If I remember rite the jack has a nut and a strap cover which goes over the end.If the hole is too small yes you'll need to open it up.A #2 pencil pushed thru the hole then you put the jack on the end and slowly push it thru.If in doubt bring it to a tech.
