A couple strings to try:

GHS infinity Bronze - a little mellower than the Elixers, still coated and feel a bit more like uncoated strings.  A little less tension too.  I have them on a couple of my parlor guitars.

Silk and Bronze (different brands but GHS makes them too) - quite mellow and easy to play with lower tension.  Great sustain with these.  They work well on a parlor.
