Would any know if there are editors which will transcribe an arrangement in standard notation and convert it to a tab file? Most seem to work in the opposite direction (tab to standard). The emphasis should be on inexpensive, you can probably read that as freeware.

My problem is, I was trying to work on arranging a really pretty version of Ave Maria, which is written as a 4 part vocal harmony, without much success yesterday. My thought was if I could enter the music into an editor and let the editor figure out a sample fingering, I could save myself some heartache.

Thanks,

Andy
