Should I ???

1. Install this at all?

2. Get it redone so that it's cut closer to the bridge pup?

3. Also have it redone so that adhesive is used instead of having to drill holes?

That color guitar is screaming for a full tele style Mother of Toilet Seat white/pearl pickguard...

Color doesn't match well.  Also if this is a Tele style guitar, which it appears to be, they don't look right to my eyes with a raised packguard.

Chrome guard sure would look nice.

Asked at the Guitars by Leo forum and this seemed to be the most popular response

"Find yourself a Danelectro Fab-Tone pedal and beat the p*** outta that pickguard with it. Then throw both of them at a banjo."

Gotta a spare Banjo??
