Mountain. Remember Mississippi Queen?  :D
They played here in Ottawa a couple of weeks back with Deep Purple and April Wine (Canadian band from the 70s)

Deep Purple had Steve Morse on guitar!!!  I heard it was an awesome show.
April Wine, Wow!  I haven't thought about them in years.  What about Max Webster and/or Kim Mitchell ...

She Stole My Beer ~ great band from Vancouver

What about Max Webster and/or Kim Mitchell

Kim Mitchell is a DJ on a rock station in Toronto these days, Q107 I think.  He played at the Lone Star Cafe in Ottawa about the same time as the Deep Purple, April Wine...etc show.

Oh man, Dutch Mason really brings back some memories!  Spent many a night hanging out at the Turret Blues Bar in Halifax back in the seventies when Dutch Mason's group was the house band.  Talk about a hard living, hard drinking band!
To the list add the late, great Rory Gallagher.

Man, I was just looking through my copy of TEEN magazine, and I totally remembered an artist that inspired me to Hit Me Baby One More Time...Britney Spears!  Like, Oh my gosh.  Forget Dylan...forget the stones...Let's watch some classic Britney Spears videos and dance our hearts out!

Linda always had one of the tightest bands around backing her. Guys like Waddy Wachtel, Dan Dugmore, Lee Sklar, Andrew Gold. They were great.
