dod friday to all

I'm presently looking at an RS4 ( Monterey).
it has an HB pup in the bridge and a P90 pup in the neck position.

this is a new concept for me.
I don't think it's a Forum RS4, any one have, or know this model?

There may have been a Forum V optioned out like that, I recall at least one getting a full HB in bridge and a mini in the neck. I'm pretty sure Kurt "L07 ShootingStar" (may he RIP) outfitted his with two  P90's but was going to P90 in the bridge and  a mini-humbucker in the neck - not sure what would have happened to that guitar. We had lots of fun emailing back and forth in deciding

I know I was going to outfit mine with a mini in the bridge and a P90 in the neck ala Old Black but decided at the last minute decided on 2 mini's I never did get around to what I was pining for at the time.

I have a build date.
I reached out to John Jr,. who replied; basically- that  Matt tended to change the production up on occasion.
Fine by me, my twin P-90 Gold top with Bigsby RS4, one of two made, is a fine way to "change up" from my POV.
gotta love those folks....

I can be rather aggressive with my Bigsby guitars.

I have no idea what the Oxnard RS4 numbers are. (how many )

I DO know, those of us that have them are strongly attached, for obvious reasons.

NO it wasn't the defining "perfect" guitar by any stretch.
but Matt's dedication and hard work in the R& D department combined with such high production material and workmanship has allowed many of us to own, play and cherish a spectacular gigging and general playing electric guitar.

I know everytime I gig with mine, mre than a few heads turn.

hmmmmm... mot unlike playing the fine acoustics on stage..
we love our brand, designers, risk takers and family.
