DV 05 vs D 03

Had my D 03 out on consignment and it didn't sell; got it back home and even with six month old strings she sounds really, really good.  My problem is, is it 'really' better sounding than  the DV 05?  Do the cutaway and the gloss finish and maybe the bigger footprint of electronics on the 05 inhibit just a tad of resonance?  Opinions?

Probably not to most human ears. Besides, each individual guitar must be judged on its own merits. I love my D-05, however.

Nothing against my DV 05, beautiful and articulate and with a top that excites my luthier; and not that I have great ears either, just a note of another level of expression, especially when I whack the bass strings with a Paul Bunyan sized thumbpick!
