So cool. Honestly. I don’t have one and couldn’t justify it, but f I did have enough money for guitar wall art, a beautiful Explorer like that would be a centerpiece!

That's a cool looking Explorer. Im glad they went back to the 50's styling on these. I recently picked up a nice ES-335, which then got me back into electrics in a big way, so Ive also got a 2019 SG special incoming.

Cheers, Scott.

thanks Scott!  that's a beautiful SG..not sure what Gibson calls it but looks like ice blue metallic in the Fender world. What's color is your 2019 SG going to be?  I'd also love to hear about your 335 too!

Gday Mate, its called Faded Pelham Blue. That's actually not a very faithful pic to its color, heres a better one:

Heres the 335, its a '04 model '63 style, Carlton Burst, Burstbucker 1 and 2's, sounds glorious. Its a bit of a PITA to play sitting down though, I think Im too used to telecasters and SGs.... its for sale.

the SG is killer...love that color - the classic design to the eye but the color makes it really stand out and the black P90s on that color look fantastic.

The 335 is a beauty too.  I've been a LC fan for all my guitar life - i think i get what your saying on seated playing.  The lower bout on those guys is large on my frame - it looks like the guitar plays me!  i much prefer the size of the smaller semi-hollow Gibson makes and especially Collings take on the design.

Thanks for taking your time and going to the trouble of posting and sharing - i sincerely appreciate it.
