Hello Fellow Larrivites!

Here's a brand new tune I wrote with Rick Stewart...as men of a certain age, we had the idea of "I've never been this old before" marinating for a few years. Then a couple months ago the "old bones" part came to me and it all fell into place so we got together and cleaned it up. This was performed yesterday for an enthusiastic audience at 3rd & Lindsley in Nashville with my pal Mark Lavey adding his guitar awesomeness. I'm playing my Larrivee OM-03 MT Custom and Mark his playing his Furch OM. Hope you like it:

That's great Scott! Being slightly passed that certain age, I may have to learn that one.

Good deal. I was in Nashville last month to see the Sweethearts of the Rodeo show. Nashville is noisy for old bones!  We did find Station Inn and that was great. This place you're playing here seems like a good listening place.

Yes...Lower Broadway is to be avoided at all costs once you are past the drunk tourist/bachelorette party stage of life. There are many, many wonderful venues that showcase original, acoustic music and encourage listening...I call this the "real" Nashville. Next time you're coming this way, send me a message and I'll direct you to a few of my favorites, maybe we can grab a beer and talk guitars!

Cheers,
