First summer run,s into fall,now cat 2 or 3 hurricane!!!!!!!Ton's of wind and rain,flooding!!!!! when do we get our fall season and I don't mean tree's!!!! Just put a new roof on,new window's cut down my 50 foot Laural Oaks that were infested with mold.Worst of all I got a gig coming up Thursday????


Just sayin ENOUGH of this CRAPOLA...

Thanks kids,coffee is ready to brew and I have a bottle of scotch and cans of franks and beans,plus an assortment of other bean.

No mandatory evacuations here we're the state capitol just the rats {politions} have left the ship.

So did you come out ok? Good that you cut trees down and had new roof. Mexico Beach my God. I have good memories from there, St. Joe's bay and area from way back. Hated to see that. Every storm different. Michael passed by here, not even directly, but still had a pretty good punch! I went to Angie's house to practice early in the afternoon thinking it'd be fine but I didn't feel comfortable leaving for home until about 8pm because of winds. In fact roofing and siding were coming off her house. One good thing was it brought down a couple of the big hanging branches from Florence that were up in trees in the back yard. Yea, fast moving but windy!

Trusting Rob's internet is just down. Called shop and got fast busy like all circuits down. Looks like Tallahassee had lots of trees down and a mess, but not the devastation of 40-50 miles west of there. IE Mexico Beach.

Rob called back and he's good. Power/internet expected to be out for a week but no house damage. Just the sound of chainsaws for a week.

I'M BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Power just came back on around 2:30 about the same time it went out last week.Did get to a Sound gig Sunday....YAAAAA made 50 bucks....missed our acoustic gig though.Damage was limited lost my back yard fence a couple of the shops metal lifted and I'll need to get up on a ladder and re-attach them.But as we say in our home we alive and well and living in New Jersey.

Oh ya made up a new drink I call a Scottish Sunset,made with not so great single malt scotch and OJ went down real nice.... several time's.
