My son cooked me black beans and rice with fryed pllantain's made a Jamacian jerk sauce that he couldn't get the smell out of his head.I cooked the chicken in the sauce on the grilll.

I meant to wish the fathers here a happy Father's Day, but, well...I forgot.  We mothers especially appreciate what a good father means to a family.  I hope you all felt honored this past weekend.
