By a Canadian who has chosen to live and make guitars in the USA!  :cheers

Love the look of your '80 L-10!

Cool strap too. Any hints on where to purchase that strap?

Man I've had that a while and I don't remember. I just looked on strap and there's no name. Sorry.  There are lots of cool straps out there on the web through. You might even find that one.

wow, thats a beauty!
I have a Victoria build 1980 L-10 identical to it.
Serial number should let us know how close they are in build dates?

"Senior" member means "old" right?
Like over 50?

Too many guitars to list here.
Too few brain cells to be bothered with...

1614 I bought it at the end of the year and it had just come in to new store. I got 2 different dates from Larrivee. Once when I called long ago and one from new online system. Both were in the Autumn though I think. Mines banged up more than yours :) and darker but it survived the roaring 20's (my 20's) and has been only guitar I've gigged with for  nearly 40 years so it been around.

cool, mine is 1464.
mint, bought new with a matching 12 (L42).
left in the cases, never played, until I found them.
the Victoria ones are special to me (it's a unique label) mine are both 1980/81.
then there's the Toronto ones I have, the Vancouver ones, and of course the Oxnard ones.
most beautiful and finest guitars to own and play....

Pretty close numbers but of course your a lil' older. :) They were VERY rare in the U.S. at the time and even stranger that I found in southern Alabama.
