Site is getting buggy...

Trying to access it today, I frequently got an error message. Also, when posting in the last couple weeks, I sometimes get an error saying I has posted within the last 60 seconds, which isn't true. It's not just my browser or internet as this is both on Chrome at home and Puffin on Android while I'm out.
