Enjoyed I did! Saw it about 5 years ago somewhere but enjoyed just as much time around. Campbell is certainly in my top 5 but I rarely here him mentioned when amongst "pundits" talking players, I never understood why.

I think some of it is down to humility.  Mike has always seemed content to be one of the Heartbreakers.  He's the ultimate guitar slinging wingman.

His humility is also evident in his playing.  Mike can shred, but his solos and playing ALWAYS serve the song, not himself.
