Coming next month to the local college.  Looking Forward!

This vid is practically a tutorial.  Man I wish I were that comfortable, "I love this song..."

The year was 1968.  As president of my class at a small junior college I hired two bands for our spring dance.    I spent every bit of the class funds to hire the Butterfield Blues Band and the Youngbloods.    Turned out to be more of a concert than a dance but I got no complaints and we made money.   Always loved this song

Dance, Concert, Whatever.
Didn't we all dance at concerts then?
:+1: for sure
:nanadance  < me
I didn't say we looked good doing it...

I used to be a big fan. Still have a best of The Youngbloods and the fine "Song for Julia".

It always make me feel good to see an old guy from our days still going strong and making great music...  I love this song too, it was a landmark at the time.
George

Enjoyed that! Thanks!  :+1:

Saw the show Sat. night with Mrs. tlp2.  Was really good.
Small venue, 1st set solo acoustic and all I can say is...

I suck.   :laughin:

Second set with a great band of young kids
and they just killed it.  Outstanding!
They were having fun
and you could really tell.

Spring dates coming up for the left coast.
