I guess the real question is are/were they a Rock and Roll band.

Became a Shooting Star when I got my 1st guitar.
Back in '66, I was 13 and that was my fix.
Still shooting for stardom after all this time.
If I never make it, I'll still be fine.

To me the RRHoF has become a joke. Isn't everyone in it yet including a lot of folks who never played any rock'n'roll in their entire lives?  :?

Where else would you put them?  Maybe there should be a Music Hall of Fame?

The Moodys  played some rock'n'roll. I have no problem with them.  But ... ABBA?  :)
