Let me know your thoughts! There aren't a ton of decent A/B videos floating around that give an idea of the Trinity post-EQ so here it is!

My first thought was the K&K Trinity had to better, if just so the mike doesn't slowly fall away! .......

The mic clip sounded incredible! The internal system would have sounded just as wonderful, had you not posted the mic clip (first?). There's a huge difference in overall overtones, nuances, etc with the mic. But honestly, I could live with the KK Trinity. It did sound good. Just for reference, I played the vid thru my studio set up, well, what's left of it - the mixer and the speakers, so I cold get the full effect. Nice vid.

Dustin, I know that so many of your youtube videos that were only miked all sounded incredible and that holds true for your studio recordings as well.  I also know for your live performances you need more versatility than can be possible in a controlled recording environment.  So I say Both, use the mic setup for recording and use the K&K/Trinity and/or add a blended mag pickup arrangement for your live gigs.  Win win Dude!
