  That said it all. A fine guitar that has been made better, by the 40 series bracing.
     Plus, mine has open back Grover tuners that are so smooth and additional items that made even the basic model quite a pretty lil guitar.
      I'm very happy with my OO-40R.

I would love to compare the un-branded tuners on my guitar with the Grovers - I'm most happy with mine in terms of precision and looks; - in fact I got myself a set from Larrivee which I'll use on my maiden build....
