Someone made a joking comment in the 'I love the fact that Larrivee..." thread about Larrivee moving back to Canada. Definitely a case of not reading the entire comment.

Oh... ha ha.  I see.  I was going to say, between the exchange rate and NAFTA about to get dumped, they couldn't pick a worse time.

Well, there were some posts way back before the Canadian economy tanked, that indicated plans had been made to reopen a custom shop in Canada.  My Guess would have been that John Jr. would be the likely one to do that.  Given all the economic changes and the issues with CITES, I had just assumed that idea had been tabled?

We moved back to Canada with mixed feelings. If we didn't have to, we wouldn't have. I don't know why the Larrivees would want to?
