Problems replying to threads

Hey all,
Has anyone been having trouble replying or posting threads lately?  When I try to reply to a thread I keep getting "the last post from your ip was less than 60 seconds ago.  Please try again later"  I emailed the admin but haven't had any resolution on this.  
It only hurts when your not in tune!

Sometimes you just have to dump out of where you are and go back in a minute or two...

Happens to me from time to time.I wait about 5 min. and try again.

Yup should only have to wait a minute - its a Spam safeguard built into its software
