  I truly believe the adjusters are paid to deny claims just because they can. 



Not just for shippers, insurance companies want to keep all the premiums.

Ya know, insurances in general need to be measured by benefit vs premium.  Most of the time, it's an elaborate poker game where you sometimes win but never recover what you've lost.  I have a hard time justifying insurance premiums for physical loss, especially when they arbitrarily raise them for no apparent reason.  'Makes me more mental than I already am.  Professional liability insurance especially makes me nuts:  THAT is just legalized extortion, pure and simple.  I'm starting to believe that insuring against physical loss is just a bad joke.
