I'm glad you sent me to YouTube, I got to hear Allison Krauss sing this with Kenny Rogers, and Andy Williams, and Perry Como and Tennessee Ernie Ford as well.  I still haven't found chords written out.  The Dave Grusin arrangement for piano is boss!
