I just heard the Bette Midler version on the radio and decided to record it as an instrumental.  Played on my D10 Brazilian.

That is very nice. Easy to listen to. Maybe it was  trick of my ears, but was there another guitar in there now and then?

Good ears Mike.  Yes, I did a second track just to fill in a little bit.  I used Garageband and recorded with a Snowball microphone.
