What Truss rod?????

a friend brought his Epiphone guitar over.
he wanted me to adjust the truss rod.

ha ha ha , nice trick eh?
(the experienced folks will know where the adjustment is on these guitars right?)

inside sound hole.

"Senior" member means "old" right?
Like over 50?

Too many guitars to list here.
Too few brain cells to be bothered with...

Is it a bolt on neck?  Could be on the neck heel...  Some guitars require neck removal to adjust...

Neat trick and I fell for it once.The rod's adjustment is in the soundhole.

I would have done the same thing. Which is aggravating, because usually you also have to loosen a string or two to get a straight shot at those little screws hiding under there!

Good info to know - always check the sound hole first, even if there's a "truss rod cover".

I think they do that to maintain the "traditional" Gibson/Epiphone look.
