Nice wood...don't say that to a male friend of yours  :o

But seriously, check out this True North Guitars model in ziricote and redwood top.  What wild looking stuff that ziricote is, reminds me of some really different BZ rosewood:

That is a beautiful guitar, I talked to the guys who builds TNG's and he is a very smart cool guy, one of these days I'd like to get one from him.

I love the look of Ziricote -- The wide grain, spidery stuff just grabs your eyes and won't let go...

I really lucked out a couple years ago when I had a Taylor 912ce built -- Cocobolo and Engelmann -- The Coco they used on this one is simply amazing...



The great thing is it plays and sounds as good as it looks.  It's my regular player at church every weekend...
