To err is human....but to do the same wrong thing over and over, well that takes a Christian.

Wow!!! What a great story Josh!!  As much as we all appreciate OUR great guitars, it's just that much better to see the joy on the faces of those who never had the opportunity to experience a really fine instrument!

Thanks for sharing such a heart felt story,

Unbelievable story. A lot of you guys are veterans, but as a newbie--and from a family of six-- this story got to me.
The first time I was gutsy enough to play some chords on my mandolin in front of my wife I started to cry. Really, it was very hard to get to that point with anyone other than my instructor in the room! Wow!
So, when I learn something new on the guitar or I get a new one, I just sit there for a moment and relish my good fortune to be alive!
Enough sap, let's get back to the wood talk!

Wow what a wonderful story. Music, playing, sharing, is a deeply emotional connection among people, and this story of siblings honoring one of their own with such and amazing gift of a beautiful guitar... well.... it chokes ya up that's all!  :D
