Error/banned message

Hi,
Recently on my MacBook pro I kept getting an error message saying I was banned from using the forum.
I was using Safari as my search engine.
I switched over to Firefox and that lasted for a week, until today when I got the same message.
Preventing me from logging OR reading as a guest.

Presently I am typing this post on my phone.

Um, any ideas?

Hey Kevin, normally, clearing your cache will resolve this issue, although someone posted last week with a similar complaint, and said that the problem persisted even after clearing cache.
But I would try that, and then restart your computer.
